Growing up my family and I would spend the holidays at my Grandparents. Grandma would keep the last pairs of great grandmothers hand knit slippers in the bottom drawer of the dresser. GG would make the slippers and then attach whatever she could find to use as the soles. Being a big family the shoes went quick, eventually i was on my last pair but never got to wear them out fully because my dog got to them first. I didnt want to say goodbye to my Great Grandmothers creation, so what youre holding today is my effort to keep the creation alive! Hope you enjoy them as much as i have.
